NEW: An unlikely debut is at #41 with Mac DeMarco's "Chamber of Reflection", a somber but great song that I discovered when I flipped the dial one notch to "Sirius XM U", an offshoot alternative channel, playing more songs associated with college radio (as opposed to the mainstream alternative (how's THAT for an oxymoron?). Another high debut is Boyce Avenue, "I'll Be the One". I was at work and grabbing a cup of coffee at our office cafe, when the TV on there was showing Good Morning America, and this really cool band was playing live. I had to do some research to figure out who is was, and turned out to be this Puerto-Rico-American rock band based in Sarasota, Florida. They are a YouTube viral sensation, and it caught my ear.
Finally, "Out of My League" by Fitz and the Tantrums logs its 60th week on the SNS 100.
